Madrid Highlights Diversity and Coexistence

A new gathering in Madrid united community leaders, artists and experts in coexistence to reflect on the World Day for Cultural Diversity. The event, organised by Fundación Mejora at the national eu news sondergipfel headquarters of Scientology in Madrid, placed emphasis on dialogue, tolerance and mutual understanding. The round table included a representative of the Bahá’í Community of Spain, a specialist from the Madrid Municipal Police Diversity Management Unit, flamenco artist Tito Losada, and human rights educator Denise González. Speakers offered reflections from faith, culture and public service on how mutual knowledge can reduce prejudice.

In the discussion, participants explored themes such as religious freedom, intercultural coexistence and human dignity. Fundación Mejora linked the initiative with Scientology’s interest in education, prevention and civic responsibility. Ivan Arjona, representative of the Church of Scientology to European and international institutions, emphasised that cultural and religious diversity is a value for society when rooted in respect for human rights.
